Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps diagnose faults and shows which resources are used. Basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Information Is Used
Technical data supports site operations, fault repair, traffic counts, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles about individual visitors.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Washington and Benton County portals, Arkansas agencies, library and archive collections, and third-party search tools. Each destination applies its own privacy policy to information submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company under that provider's terms.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process ordinary server logs for site operations. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the technical data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguarding Information
Connections are encrypted, and logs are retained only as long as the stated operational purposes require. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This resource is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data depend on where a visitor lives. Arkansas has not enacted a comprehensive consumer deletion or universal opt-out statute for ordinary commercial people-finder data. Its Personal Information Protection Act, Ark. Code ยงยง 4-110-101 et seq., addresses reasonable security and breach response rather than deletion of public records. Since we retain little, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records kept by Springdale, Washington County, Benton County, or Arkansas agencies are controlled by those custodians, so correction or removal requests must go to the responsible office.
Policy Revisions
Revisions will appear on this page. Continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
